Plot Summary
Few Arab comedy series have left a mark quite like Sah El Nom. Written by the brilliant Nihad Qalei, who stars alongside the irreplaceable Duraid Lahham, the show gave the Arab world two of its most iconic characters — the lovable, street-smart Ghawar Tawasha and the memorable Houssni Al Bourzan. It is a Syrian artistic work written by Nihad Qalai and starring Duraid Lahham as Ghawar Al-Tosha and Nihad Qalai as Hosni Al-Borzan, and with the participation of other characters including Naji Jabr as Abu Antar , Najah Hafeez as Fatoum Hais Bais, and Abdul Latif Fathi as the head of the police station. Badri Abu Kalbsha, Yassin Bakoush Badr Yassin and other Syrian artists whose Damascene folklore figures are remembered.
