Presented with a group of seven "mystery singers" identified only by their occupation, a guest artist must attempt to eliminate bad singers from the group without ever hearing them sing, assisted by clues and a celebrity panel over the course of four rounds. At the end of the game, the last remaining mystery singer is revealed as either good or bad by means of a duet between them and one of the guest artists.

The fourth season of the mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice Thailand will air November 4, 2020, on Workpoint TV. I Can See Your Voice Thailand is the Thai adaption of the South Korean program of the same name. The show is hosted by Kan Kantathavorn and Somkiat Chanphram. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand, episodes will continue filming but with no audience admitted with enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols being in effect.
