Plot Summary
Tatsuya Ukyo gets caught up in trouble and is threatened by Kuki, the boss of the Kuki group, and is forced to fight at "Dragon Heat (DH)", a gambling fighting arena located in an underground facility in the city.

Tatsuya Ukyo, who stepped into a loan shark office to help his best friend who was captured by the yakuza, fights with Toda the head thug there, Tatsuya loses consciousness after being beaten, and when he wakes up again, Toda is dead and covered in blood. Tatsuya is then threatened by Kuki, leader of the Kuki yakuza family and is forced to fight in the gambling martial arts arena named "Dragon Heat".

Ukyo Tatsuya, who left behind the unprecedented record of ten consecutive wins in the underground fighting circuit called Dragon Heat, headed to Las Vegas by himself to banish his sorrow over the deaths of his older sister and good friend and made his debut in boxing. Returning to Tokyo for the first time in over a year for his pro debut in Japan, Tatsuya heads to Kamuro-cho where he was born and raised, but what awaits him is the underground fighting gang ‘Ashura’ which acts as if Kamuro-cho is their turf. Tatsuya meets the youngsters of Dragon Heat who are fighting back, and the nurse Aya’s and his destiny change dramatically once again.
