Shaolin Heroes

Plot Summary

Seven well-known Swedish men travel to South Korea to train as Shaolin monks. Over twelve days they undergo intense physical training and inner-journey work at a temple — designed to challenge them mentally and physically and help them confront personal demons. There are no eliminations or staged “intrigues”; the goal is the internal transformation each participant goes through.
