Plot Summary

Starting Wednesday, September 3rd, Kobe Ilsen and Danira Boukhriss Terkessidis will examine their and our health in the brand-new program "Over mijn lijf" (About My Body). In six episodes, they explore the impact of topics like temperature, sleep, noise, fitness, body image, and energy on the body. Because health is a topic that affects us all and that many Flemish people deal with every day, but it also has a lot of confusion and myths surrounding it.
