Plot Summary
The thing Shen Qing Li regretted most was probably that she asked the man she had a crush on for eight years to pay her after a one-night stand. From then on, Gu Heng became addicted to her, lingering with her at night and acting like a stranger during the day. When Gu Heng's marriage was confirmed, she drew a line between them. She thought they would part ways amicably, but she was taken back home by the man. The old grudges and grievances, the Gu family in Beijing, turned upside down overnight. The man sent Shen Qing Li away with injuries, but he frequently appeared to save Shen Qing Li from danger. She thought she was a plaything, dispensable.
