Plot Summary

Emotionless Andromedan mother-daughter Cai Xiaoying and Li Lili, who parted ways on Earth, are forced to reconnect when Li marries human Meng for an interstellar survey. Cai, broke and demanding room and board, joins them, forming a snarky family with Meng’s ditzy dad, navigating hilarity and trials.
