This series takes place a year before the film Imperfect. At that time Dika had not yet met Rara, and was working on a photography project outside the city. The common thread of conflict is in Neti's love story. Throughout the season, there will also be various subplots such as Maria's efforts to adapt in Jakarta, Neneng's dilemma with the proposal she received from a village official, Prita's constant argument with her wannabe social media celebrity sister, and other twists and turns the four woman faced in their lives.

Continuing the story from the first season when Dika stopped working out of town and returned to living at home and trying to build his career as a photographer. Maria is now starting to work and adapting as an employee at a hijab shop and her relationship with Bima is still hanging. Suddenly another man appears who cares about her. We will also see Neti's struggles to find a new job outside of being a make-up artist, Endah who is increasingly infatuated with K-Pop and see how Prita loves her father and sister in an unusual way.
