Plot Summary
Picking up where the first story left off, Tomoyuki continues his new life as the beautiful, big-dicked girl, Syuri. While the mysterious medicine's initial effect turned him into a stunning woman with potent semen that drove others into a frenzy, a new and more extreme biological side effect has emerged.
