Plot Summary
The President of the United States builds a Super Computer to store his soul so that he can govern his sovereign nation forever. The key to this plan is the Perfect Ghost, a perfect replica of a dead human soul. However, the A.I. tasked with finding the Perfect Ghost inside the computer finds that there are far more important things to "life" than perfection.
