Plot Summary
When people ignore a problem for long, it grows until it explodes. The metropolitan area of the city of Monterrey has been placing all its bets on private motorized vehicles as means of transportation for decades. This situation has caused social, economic, and environmental problems that cannot be ignored any longer.
