Plot Summary
The death of Todo-gumi Wakato and Hattori Retsu broke out in the Todo-gumi over the next young head. A fierce bargain between the Wuxia Association Chairman Reijiro Masaki and the Arase faction, which is in opposition to the Masaki faction, takes place.
