Plot Summary
Officers Ying And Keung are asssigned to extradite Blackie, a top fugitive from overseas. But the rogue thief manages to escape, seriously hurting Ying in the process. Undeterred, Ying and Keung vow to capture blackie and brign him to justice once and for all.
