Plot Summary
Documentary about 41-year old Rüdiger Nehberg marching about 1000 kilometers from Hamburg in northern Germany to Oberstdorf in the south of Germany. Mainly living off his own body, he lost 25 pounds during his endeavor but gained on precious experiences.
