Plot Summary
A former investigator searches for a missing refugee child and gets caught up in a maelstrom of ignorance, excessive demands, exploitation - and a willingness to help. A ten-year-old boy runs in front of former investigator Judith Volkmann's car at night in Berlin. What is the child doing alone on the street at this time of night? But the little boy runs off.
