Plot Summary
South Central LA. Just out of jail and tired of the gangster lifestyle, Panther (Glenn Plummer) and his homey Ray (Chris Spencer) leave the hood on Ninja-style motorcycles riding cross-country to the 4th of July celebration in Washington D.C.
