Plot Summary
Each day Delia repeats the same actions, going from her apartment to her office and back again, her solitary routines accompanied only by the constant narration of fitness instructor Liada. Liada's coaching steadily grows more intense, leading Delia through a regimen of strange exercises - until a phone call causes an unexpected break in the pattern.
