Plot Summary
Werner Herzog remarked that if facts were truth, then the Manhattan phone book would be the ultimate source: millions of entries & no illumination. Thus begins this film's search for veritas, through riches & bravado, eventually discovering it in the loving admiration of one woman's beauty.
