Plot Summary

Diane Youdale, also known as 'Jet' in TV's Gladiators, presents a series of exercises designed for beginners and old hands alike. It is split into two parts: a routine (with a 20 minute warm-up, 20 minute aerobic dance, 6 minute floor based conditioning and a 5 minute stretch out); advice on healthy diet, self-perception and personal values.
