Plot Summary
Diane Youdale, also known as 'Jet' in TV's Gladiators, presents a series of exercises that will help to fight flab and keep fit. Diane is a qualified aerobics and dance instructor and blends the two areas of her expertise to create a fitness regime of mass appeal.
