Plot Summary
The short "I Promise I'll Take You With Me" tells the story of Zinha and Luisa, two inseparable friends with completely different personalities. As a teenager, Luisa is forced to move to another part of the country, leaving her best friend behind. As avid readers of period romances, the two decide to communicate exclusively through letters. Years later, Luisa is pleasantly surprised to find one of these letters, leading her to revisit old memories. The film captures the marks of true friendship that remain when bonds fade.
