Plot Summary
This acclaimed television drama tells the story of Edith Wilson, second wife of President Woodrow Wilson. It deals specifically with how, after his severe stroke in 1919, she played an influential role in his administration. For the remainder of his presidency, she managed his staff and determined which communication and matters of state were important enough to bring to her husband's attention.
