Plot Summary
Dirk, Ralph and Thom lift the heaviest weights and rule the gym. Who gets the newcomers is decided in the wrestling ring. Stretched out on the bench their training starts...with their ass muscles! Kai is already very experienced; he works out on three machines simultaneously!
