Plot Summary
Ten years later of "Alla Fiat era così", Calopresti interviews trade unionists, factory managers, former workers and recently hired young people at FIAT Turin, who expose different points of view on a very different factory from the Taylorist one of the 1960s, and on a city that has changed accordingly.
