Plot Summary
When Conan Chase gets a call from his stepbrother Isaac Saunders and hears that Isaac's wife Rebecca left him, Conan doesn't waste any time getting to his stepbrother's side even if it means going to Klamvil -- a town that now has a serial spike in crime.
