Cezar Capone (aka Bill Fisher) is a photographer, director, producer, and writer, for both mainstream and adult fare. He started in photography when he was a young child, and his considerable talent and experience led to him initially working on commercial photography, before his interest shifted to videography and film work in the early 1990s. His adult work is credited as Cezar Capone.
