Claude Morin

Biography

Claude Morin was a civil servant and Parti Québécois politician for over 5 years. He was a central player in the Canadian constitutional debates of the late 70's and 1980 and later was the centre of some controversy when it was revealed that he was paid by the RCMP to be a "mole."
