Biography

Penny Mitchell (1961) is a retired American professional wrestler who debuted in 1980, trained by Fabulous Moolah. She wrestled in WWF during the 80s, where she challenged Moolah for the Women's Championship and adopted the Spider Lady persona in 1985. Alongside Velvet McIntyre, she won the NWA Women's Tag Team Championship in 1983. She also worked for All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling and had stints in Kansas City. She retired from wrestling in 1993.
